Begin your day with a gentle Hatha yoga class designed for those who need to stretch, strengthen, tone, and relax on a regular basis. Increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, focus, and concentration while in the beautiful setting of the Wells Reserve. These all-level classes are small enough so that personal attention can be given to each student, whether a beginner or more advanced.
The class is led by certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist Mary A. Taylor, D.C., who uses yoga as an adjunctive therapy in her chiropractic practice in Kennebunk.
Cost of the 10-week series is $80/member and $100/non-member. Pre-registration is required.
