Wells Reserve Facilities

Scientists, environmental educators, and resource managers know that the Wells Reserve is an outstanding site for investigation and collaboration, but the allure of Laudholm is undeniable for virtually everyone else, too. Grand historic buildings, spectacular scenery, access to the sea... it's a wonderful place to gather. The grounds and facilities can be rented (subject to availability) for meetings, conferences, events, team-building programs, weddings, and so on.

Special Use

To arrange for a special use of the Wells Reserve campus or grounds, please contact Paul Dest.

Weddings

General: A limited number of weddings dates are available between April and October. The site fee, effective July 1, 2008, is $6,000. You may view a wedding planner fact sheet (MS Word document via laudholm.org).

Questions: For additional information about having a wedding at the Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm, please contact Tracy Kay.

Alheim Commons

The Alheim Commons, a 20-bed housing facility of the Wells Reserve, is available to coastal scientists, educators, and resource managers who are visiting south coastal Maine and working on projects with the Reserve, or working independently on projects directly related to the Reserve's coastal resource stewardship mission. Details about the Alheim Commons can be found in these MS Word documents:
