LAUDHOLM TRUST HIRES DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

WELLS, MAINE - Beth Perkins has joined the staff of Laudholm Trust, a Wells nonprofit, as Development Associate. Perkins will focus on building membership, annual fund, and sponsorship support and will coordinate activities celebrating Laudholm's 25th anniversary in 2007.

Prior to her start at Laudholm Trust, Perkins had been executive director of a not-for-profit library in Boca Grande, Florida. She has strong community connections in southern Maine, education in art and art history, and a keen interest in preserving natural and cultural resources.

Laudholm Trust is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports coastal research, education, and stewardship programs at the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve.
