LAUDHOLM TRUST WELCOMES DIRECTORS AND ALTERS BY-LAWS

WELLS, MAINE - At their recent annual meeting, Laudholm Trust members accepted by-law revisions and welcomed two new directors to the Trust board.

Businesswoman Cynthia Paquette of Cape Porpoise was elected for her first three-year term as a Laudholm director, while long-time Laudholm volunteer and former trustee Cynthia Daley of Kennebunkport returned to the board.

The corporation's by-laws were accepted as amended by an ad hoc committee of the board.

Laudholm Trust is a member-supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports coastal research, education, and stewardship programs at the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve.
