wells national estuarine research reserveOwl Prowl with Owl Banding: CHANGED TO RAIN DATE, October 28 at 6:30 pm
Join us for a sp-hoo-ky evening to learn about owls and their superpowers as nocturnal creatures. We will awaken the senses by walking the trails in darkness, calling for owls, and discovering our own night time adaptations. The walk concludes with the York County Audubon Society bird researchers sharing how they band live owls. Dress for the weather and bring a flashlight or headlamp with a red filter. Ages 8 and up. The rain date is October 28 at 6:30 pm.
