Birds in the Chimney?

November 16, 2010, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm View more Events

A "flying cigar," the Chimney Swift is rarely seen perched. The swift's high-pitched twittering, once a familiar sound during summertime, is now becoming scarce.   Ted Allen, a leader in swift conservation will tell us if the new chimney in Brunswick is working.  Come learn about this unique species and what is being done for its conservation. This is a York County Audubon Society program held in the Mather Auditorium at the Wells Reserve. Free.
