A Walk Through Maine's Prehistory

From roughly 12,000 years ago, when the land rebounded from retreating glaciers, until European colonization in the 1600's native people lived and thrived on Maine lands. Explore how Native Americans adapted to slow-moving but dramatic changes in the environment by producing innovative and effective technologies and by forming strong social and cultural networks. Archaeologist Ed Bouras is our presenter.
