Jane was a Digital Coast Fellow in the Coastal Training Program, arranged through the National Estuarine Research Reserve Association. During her 2-year fellowship, Jane worked on the ecosystem-service valuation needs of decision-makers for coastal wetland protection and restoration at different scales. She also examined how Digital Coast tools can be used to analyze and communicate those values.
Jane holds a bachelor's in global studies and a master's in environmental science and management, both from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
