Tabitha Littlefield returns! She will share more stories of her life in Wabanaki community in the early 1700's. What were Native American Indians doing in late summer? What foods were they enjoying? How were they preparing for fall and winter? Where did they locate? What were they harvesting? Who tended the gardens? What games did the children play? We will 'meet' Tabitha, hear her story and learn about her decision to remain with the Native American Indians rather than return to white culture, and why. This program will include a hike, some discussion, and an activity. It is appropriate for all levels of interest and ability, but children under ten years old may get restless.

Please note: Program fee does not include site admission fee.
