Forest Bathing

Journey into Nature’s embrace with guided meditation that fosters deep nature connection.   Restore mind, body, and soul while learning how to sense Nature’s presence. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, Jeff Brogan, on a 1.5-hour immersive experience. This walk will cover about a mile of trail which is mostly level with no steep inclines. This walk is suitable for anyone who can walk up to a mile at a very slow pace, ages 12 and up. Participants need to dress appropriately to match the weather conditions. Please bring a water bottle, bug spray, and anything else you need to be comfortable.

Jeff Brogan

Jeff Brogan is a Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, as well as a professional Maine Guide and owner of Maine Coast Explorers.  Jeff has spent a lifetime exploring the fields, forest and waters of Maine.  He studied American History and Environmental Studies at the University of New Hampshire.  Over the past decade, Jeff has been immersing people in Maine’s amazing natural surroundings and guiding them through the fascinating history and ecology that make Maine so unique. Jeff believes that connecting people to the heartbeat and natural rhythms of Maine creates a newfound understanding and love of the natural world that can have profound effects upon the lives of people and the environment that sustains us.
