Begin your day with a gentle Hatha yoga class designed for those who need to stretch, strengthen, tone, and relax on a regular basis. Increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, focus, and concentration while in the beautiful setting of the Wells Reserve. These all-level classes are small enough so that personal attention can be given to each student, whether a beginner or more advanced. Class is ongoing and participants can join mid-series. You will need your own yoga mat for class. Yoga blocks and a blanket are optional.
Please note: This is a 9-week Tuesday morning series beginning on November 3 and ending on December 29. It will be held virtually via Zoom for the time being, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Leslie Fiore (E-RYT 500) is the founder of Port Yoga in Kennebunk. She has studied yoga for over 14 years and taught for over 12 years. She has studied extensively with Master teachers Elena Brower, John Friend, Ann Greene, Todd Norian, Desiree Rumbaugh, Rod Stryker and many others. She is forever grateful to her mentor and teacher Julie Miller for her endless support. Leslie received her first 200 hour certification with Kim Valerie of YogaSpirit Studios, and received her second 200 hour certification with Todd Norian. She is a certified Anusara Yoga® teacher. Leslie is thankful to all her teachers and students for keeping her open and learning and to her husband Bob for his unlimited support.
