Begin your day with a gentle Hatha yoga class designed for those who need to stretch, strengthen, tone, and relax on a regular basis. Increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, focus, and concentration while in the beautiful setting of the Wells Reserve. These all-level classes are small enough so that personal attention can be given to each student, whether a beginner or more advanced. Class is ongoing and participants can join mid-series. You will need your own yoga mat for class. Yoga blocks and a blanket are optional.
Please note: This is a 9-week Tuesday morning series beginning on March 2 and ending on April 27. It will be held virtually via Zoom for the time being, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
About the Instructor
Leslie Fiore (Atma Randevi Kaur) is a certified Anusara® yoga teacher E-RYT500. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for almost 20 years. Leslie completed her first 200 hour certification with Kim Valeri of Yogaspirit Studios. Soon after she was drawn to the heart-centered style of Anusara Yoga and studied extensively with founder John Friend. Completing a 200hr training with Todd Norian and Ann Greene she went on to receive the prestigious Anusara certification.
Leslie has studied with many of the national teachers in the country and is inspired by all the teachers that have lit the path. She was introduced to the powerful practice of Kundalini yoga while on retreat in Costa Rica. She completed an additional Kundalini 220hr training in the spring of 2019.
Leslie’s classes are heart-centered, playful and life affirming.
