School vacation week is here, join us for a wildlife-focused family program!

Often we don’t see animals out on the trails, but they usually leave evidence behind. We will investigate different types of animal feet and head out onto the trail to explore track mysteries! Program will run with or without snow.

Please dress for the weather and bring layers and snowshoes/microspikes if you have them. A limited number of microspikes/snowshoes are available for rent with advanced notice ($5).

The majority of this program will take place outside. However, depending on weather, we may step inside the auditorium to do an introductory activity. Please bring your mask as they are required indoors.

The Wells Reserve operates in accordance with orders from the Governor of Maine and instructions from the Maine Center for Disease Control. Reserve leadership will monitor, evaluate, and adapt as needed to ensure all programs operate safely and effectively.
