Come take a walk in the woods and explore the benefits of engaging with the natural world. This walk is for those in the grieving process. For adults and children, 6 years and older, in the same family group.

About the Presenter

Sue Ford has had a lifelong interest in nature. She has an associate degree in applied marine biology and oceanography, and worked for twelve years as a first-grade literacy education technician. Sue volunteers as a Master Gardener through the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, and as a volunteer facilitator at the Center for Grieving Children. She is also currently working towards her certification as a Maine Master Naturalist.
