Gather to learn, share, connect, and heal through a framework of stepping back to create a space of compassion. Explore how compassion can build resilience in the midst of loss and grief.

Elizabeth Straka, local author and therapist, will guide and facilitate the four sessions, which will be set within the healing natural environment of the Wells Reserve at Laudholm and centered around David Allen’s sculpture PORTAL.

Meetings will begin in the Coastal Resource Library. Weather permitting, the group will move outdoors for a reflective walk.

NOTE: This is a four-part series, meeting each week on Thursday mornings, starting on March 2 and continuing through March 23. Participants will benefit most by attending all four sessions.
