Cultivating Compassion in Nature is all about stepping into nature while you learn about compassion and practice expanding awareness. It invites you to attune to your outer senses, inner sensations, thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and connections while nature supports your well-being. Taking time to expand awareness helps connect you to your wholeness and teaches the beauty of being present. Event begins in the barn and, weather permitting, the group moves outdoors for a reflective walk.
Elizabeth Straka, local author, therapist, compassion and grief worker, will guide and facilitate the session.
