Celebrate the wildlife of Southern Maine with long-time partners Wells Reserve, Center for Wildlife, and York County Audubon! Join us for lots of family fun with a live animal presentation, guided walk, storybook reading, critter crafts, and fun in the snow.

Winter Wildlife Day

10-11am

  • Center for Wildlife presentation with live animal ambassadors

11am-12:30pm

  • Wildlife tracking walk with experienced guides
  • Storybook reading of A Porcupine's Promenade with local author Lyn Smith
  • Wildlife craft time with York County Audubon & Wells Reserve
  • Face painting
  • Sledding, snowshoeing, and snowy fun with a fire and hot cocoa for warming up
  • Snow sculpture-making with artist Dave Allen of Stone Point Studio

Bring your own snowshoes and sleds if you have them! If not, we will have a some on hand for you to borrow. Wear animal costumes/hats if you have them!
