To prevent important field habitat from growing up into forests, and to combat the spread of invasive species, the Reserve mows select fields in late summer. Join our team of monarch rescuers as we find and move monarch eggs and caterpillars to "safe" fields that will not be mowed. Stay for an hour, two, or the full three! Dressing for tick and mosquito prevention is suggested.
