Join environmental educator Linda Littlefield Grenfell for a crisp hike on the Muskie Trail to investigate the world of cranberries! We will discover what they need to grow, how they are used, and why they thrive in this location but not others. We will also explore their medicinal properties, uses among ancient people, and benefits to wildlife. The Muskie Trail is beautiful in the fall, and what could be better than a November weekend hike in cranberry habitat? This event is open to all ages. Price does not include site admission.
