Coral mushroomSaturday's Fun with Fungi program attracted an enthusiastic group of participants! It was a perfect day for "mushrooming"—foggy and damp. Led by Dr. Larry Millman, we moved slowly down the trail, taking our time to observe the variety of fungi that lay at our feet and above our heads. One member of the group commented, "I was so surprised to see how many fungi surround us. The walk was a revelation." Below is a sampling of what we observed.
